Organization: Lindy Boggs National Center for Community Literacy
Dedicated to promoting adult literacy as a vehicle for personal, economic, and community empowerment, the organization's community-based research provides data and analysis to service providers, govt entities, and other researchers.
Explore research on the issues of education and literacy produced by social sector organizations working to improve learning for both children and adults. Topics include primary, secondary, and higher education, after-school programming, ESL and other second language proficiency programming, basic literacy, high school equivalency, vocational training, testing services, scholarship programs, drop-out prevention programs, charter schools, small schools, and much more.
